Our client requires a senior level Business Analyst to support the program areas and the project teams with business assessments, business case development, requirements gathering, process mapping, process re-engineering, use case development, test case development and other tasks as assigned.

- Requirements gathering, work groups, design, development and project delivery working with multidisciplinary matrix teams (both technical teams and business teams)
- Project management and / or project coordination experience
- Experience with modern interactive web requirements
- Experience with client facing web content projects (websites serving the public) or web application projects or both
- Experience with information architecture design experience
- Experience with working with social media and / or mobile
- Experience working with web analytics, reporting and performance testing methods
- Experience documenting business rules and data models
- Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering
- Experience in Business Process Modeling
- Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions.
- Experience with use cases
- Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Experience working in a project/technical management role
- Experience using MS-Project or other project management tools
- Experience working on Enterprise applications
- Experience providing business system support
- Experience developing test scripts and performing system testing
- Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing
- Experience with change management
- Member of International Institute of Business Analysts or have graduated from a Business Analyst program
